For orders shipped within Canada, we charge flat-rate shipping & handling prices as follows:

Shipping to the United States

Unfortunately, due to increased costs for shipping and production, we are no longer able to ship our educational materials to the USA. Please visit our website and Teacher’s Corner for more resources. Thank you.

International Shipping

We welcome international orders, however, because prices for shipping internationally vary depending on the destination country and package weight, we are unable to process international orders online. Please contact us directly for shipping rates and to place your order:

Customs and Duty for International Customers

Please note that delivery of your order could be delayed for inspection by the customs officials in your country. Hug Bug Music has no control over any such delays, and the delivery times shown above do not factor in any customs inspection delays.

For shipments to destinations outside of Canada, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties or taxes that may be levied by your country, as well as any customs clearance and/or brokerage charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

All orders shipped by Hug Bug Music to destinations outside of Canada must contain a declaration as to the package’s content and value. If the order is a gift, it will be noted as such on the declaration, but the content and cost of the item(s) must still be declared.
