Charlotte will perform at a special concert, “Fred Penner and Friends”, to celebrate the Festival’s 40th Anniversary! At the Granville Island Stage. Fred will be joined by Charlotte and Matt Diamond, Rick Scott and Norm Foote. Expect to hear your favourite songs and some stories of Festival Fun through the years!
